1. 直接參數(shù)輸入
具備中英文人機操作介面、可輕易的輸入多種熔接模式。如熔接時間、相對位置、絕動位置、
能量控制、功率控制、且具有50組熔接程式儲存。

2.超音波振幅調(diào)整
振幅可依熔接需求做50%~輸出設(shè)定。

3.使用精密電阻尺測量
採用精密電阻尺做熔接深度控制，使成品精度達到±0.01mm。

4.電子式壓力處發(fā)起振
該功能可使超音波每壹次發(fā)振皆在同一觸發(fā)壓力、以避免工作因變形而造成的熔接品質(zhì)異常，
確保工件每次起振，熔接狀態(tài)可重現(xiàn)，達到佳工作品質(zhì)。

5.振落脈沖功能
本機特別增設(shè)振落(SHAKE)功能，以避免工作熔接后仍黏貼在焊頭上面該功能為依需求設(shè)定開關(guān)。
